The Carlmont High School Theater Project consisted of a 500 seat, state of the art performing arts center and black box theater, consisting of an art gallery, restrooms, concession area, control room, orchestra pit, stage, dressing rooms, green room, make up room, storage, offices and theater support. Multiple structural materials, including cast in place concrete towers, metal stud framing, structural steel braced frames, CMU, cantilevered concrete walkways and stage, metal and built up roofing. Floating wood stage floors, wood trim, acoustical clouds. High performance audio visual and stage lighting. The theater also includes a radius window wall system, keystone serpentine retaining walls, orchestra pit lifts, rigging system, and sophisticated waterproofing system.

The 22,000 SF Music and Art Building was complete with art galleries, band room, choir room, music practice rooms, photo classroom with darkroom, art studio, ceramics studio, office space, and storage.
