Congratulations to the Sacramento State Construction Management teams for their national championships from the Associated Schools of Construction (ASC) 27th Annual competition in Sparks, Nevada last month. They brought home first place in both Concrete Solutions and Electrical Problem. The Concrete Solutions team was the first team to ever win back-to-back championships in that category at ASC.

The members of the ASC national championship teams are:
•  Concrete Solutions: Matt Davidson, Carlos Paredes, Nicholas Hansen, Manuel Moya, Kyle Simonini and Nick Reali, Karl Perkins, Eric Castillion
•  Electrical Problem: Robert Clark, Arturo Marin, Casey Moore, Joshua Sheneman, Steven Sleek and Zack Tai, Alejandro Valencia

Finishing second in the nation was the Mechanical Problem team from Sac State. In the Far West regional competition (open to schools in California, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii) the Design Build team also finished in second place.
