Back to Projects

This project utilized the Lease-Leaseback delivery method. The project scope included a 18,799 SF core building containing multiple occupancies: multi-purpose, lunch shelter, storage, media center and administration. The multi-purpose area combines a kitchen, cafeteria, performance stage and gymnasium, all within one area. Other key elements in this space include a wheelchair lift, stage lighting, operable partition doors, basketball backstop and overhead coiling doors (separating the interior stage from the exterior amphitheater stage). The administration area includes break rooms, workrooms, storage space, staff offices, nurse’s station, media room (with smart-board technology) and library. The building construction elements include structural steel, wood framing, metal roof paneling with lath and plaster exterior. Building interior finishes include fine craftsmanship with exposed wood beams and wood trim, carpet and VCT, vinyl wrapped tack boards, and exposed structural steel.

The new campus also includes twelve modular structures (including restrooms); three kindergarten buildings, a daycare building and eight classroom buildings. The site includes hard court play areas, soccer field, two play structures, sensory garden, exterior amphitheater, and two parking lot areas.
