Stretch, breathe, connect and play with your little one in this adult/child yoga class! Little ones will practice yoga through guided movement, songs, stories and play. Class is held in Baby Bloomers (a closed off area), so your child can explore safely while YOU enjoy some yoga, too! Tiny Yogis is a playful and unique class that is designed for adults and their children ages three and under, but preschoolers are welcome, too. Adults should wear comfortable clothes they can move in since there will be light yoga for them, too! Yoga is known to reduce stress, promote optimism, strengthen the body, improve focus and combat childhood obesity–all while having a GREAT time!
