WORLD WIDE DAY OF PLAY AT SCM!

On Saturday, Sept. 21st, Sacramento Children’s Museum is hosting two special play activities for Worldwide Day of Play! Embark on a fun-filled scavenger hunt inside our museum. Then test your jumping, throwing, and balancing skills in our adventure obstacle course outside. Both activities are included with museum admission.

About Worldwide Day of Play: The Association of Children’s Museums is partnering with Nickelodeon to celebrate Worldwide Day of Play on Sept. 21. Nickelodeon “goes dark” for three hours on Worldwide Day of Play, taking programming off the air on all channels and shutting down its Web sites to reinforce the simple message: get up, get out and go play! Last year, almost 70 children’s museums celebrated Worldwide Day of Play with healthy, active, playful programming.
