Wheels” at LAVTA Continue to Move in the Right Direction!

On April 1, 2013 the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority (“Wheels”) is hosting the ribbon-cutting celebration of the new LAVTA Bus Fuel and Wash Facility located on Atlantis Court in Livermore, CA.  The facility was funded by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

Designed by Anova Nexus Architects in Sacramento, CA and built by Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. in El Dorado Hills, CA, the 11,457 sq. ft. facility construction (on a 4 acre concrete parking lot) began in Spring of 2012 and was completed in February 2013.

LAVTA Executive Director, Paul Matsuoka, was quite pleased with the project team and said, “Compared to other recently completed and concurrent capital projects, Roebbelen’s performance has been the best that LAVTA experienced. We enthusiastically vouch for the quality of work that Roebbelen performs and we would not hesitate to use them again on a future project.”
