The LOB Office Optimization was not an easy assignment. We faced many challenges during the last year including changes in scope, dividing the program into two parts, and shifting timelines. We ‘touched’ 33 sites, sometimes more than once, and moved 511 staff. Yet, throughout the chaos and confusion, everyone pulled together and met the challenges head on and we got the job done!
