The Center of a Master-Planned Community
18-Acre Campus Built to Serve Rapidly Growing Population
As the new community of Mountain House grew west of Tracy, new schools were essential to serve the needs of families moving to the area. The Evelyn Costa K-8 School was designed with modern technology and systems and serves as a school students can easily walk to in the center of their community.
The project included:
• Two-story classroom building with 14 classrooms
• Multi-purpose building with stage, basketball courts, and food service
• Two-story classroom building with 16 classroom/ science rooms
• Library and administration buildings
• Track, outdoor physical education space, playground
• Pick-up, drop-off and parking
• Outdoor courtyard/ gathering space
