Master Services Agreement Speeds Project Delivery, Provides Great Value

Master services agreements (MSA) are contracts that establish basic terms between vendors and clients at the beginning of a business relationship. This helps speed up the negotiation process for future contracts and facilities, saving time and money for everyone involved.

Roebbelen has been a construction provider for PG&E for more than a decade, using several delivery methods including design build, design assist, and design bid build.

Programs covered include:
• Facility Assets Upkeep Program. Includes completion of site work, lighting, security, and tenant improvements throughout PG&E facilities.
• Hilltop Program. Includes development and maintenance of remote sites to keep generator-powered facilities running and accessible.
• Racking Program. Includes work at all service center yards to build and install racking systems for PG&E materials including spools, poles, and related large materials for its operations.
• Trailer Enterprise Initiative. Includes surveying all temporary facilities assets and locating them as appropriate with necessary infrastructure and permitting.
• Service Centers. Includes the ground-up development of new PG&E Service Centers as well as renovations and improvements at existing service centers. This work has also included the completion of training centers for line workers.
